How we bill
Where a job is predictable, we charge a fixed fee. Where it isn’t, we bill hourly against a retainer and send an itemized account every month. Either way, you get it in writing before we start.

Licensed, insured and regulated
- Every lawyer is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and carries mandatory professional liability insurance.
- Client money is held in a separate trust account, audited and reported to the Law Society every year.
- We run a conflict check before every consultation, so you can speak freely.
